Example Leaseback Mortgages

  • 105% Including VAT repayment mortgage:

  • This mortgage will include the mortgage registration tax, notary fees and furniture and also
    Lender fees can be included.
    Variable and fixed rate available.
    VAT needs to be re-injected into the mortgage with the 5% paid by the client to reserve the
    property

  • 100% Excluding VAT (excluding furniture and fees):

  • This product is good when the VAT is advanced by the developer
    Variable and fixed rate available


  • Double Capped mortgage (capped on duration and monthly repayment)

  • Minimum 20% deposit (80% LTV)
    When client receives the VAT back they do not have to reinject it into the mortgage.

  • Up to 80% mortgage

  • Variable, fixed, capped rates available


  • Interest Only: 70% maximum LTV for leaseback

  • No redemption fees after 1 year – No need of savings alongside the mortgage

  • Interest Only: up to 80% maximum LTV for leaseback

  • Option available for for both options: VAT paid by the client or paid by the developer.
    Different possibilities and conditions (with or without savings)

  • Interest only - 100% LTV

  • 20% deposit is required by the lender to be out into savings scheme linked to the mortgage.
    When VAT is claimed by the client they do not have to reinject this into the mortgage.
